- -1 onion, chopped
- -8 ozs. of Cheez Whiz
- -12 ozs. Milnot
- -2 lbs. frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, slightly thawed (I usually set them on the counter a couple hours before making this)
- -1 stick of butter
- Begin my melting the margarine, then add the Cheez Whiz and stir so it starts to melt a bit (it won't be perfectly smooth, that's fine). Then add everything else except the potatoes and stir.
- Add the potatoes and stir.
- Pour in a well-greased 9x13 dish, cover with foil and bake in a 400 degree oven for 1 hour.
