Cheesy Ham and Potato Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz.) frozen cubed hash browns
  • 8 ounces cooked, diced ham
  • 2 (10.75 oz.) cans cream of potato soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix everything except the parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish and top with the parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake this in a 375 degree oven for 1 hour.
