The interior furniture Interiors. The furniture is modern and complementary to the experience of the home. Tactile finishes including timber, textured leathers and raw linens add a sophisticated sense of understated luxury. The clients’ love for colour has been introduced with injections of bold prints and vibrant fabrics. Bespoke furniture from OKHA Interiors is featured throughout.
The design is both innately beautiful and functional; a concept that Shelly and Avi Osadon, the husband and wife duo behind SEE Materials and SEE Construction, flawlessly choreographed. Upon arrival, the first of a series of show-stopping moments is its impressive scale with an attention to detail that is never compromised. The grand pivot door sweeps open to reveal a 36-foot high ceiling and gleaming chandelier comprised of 25 custom, glass-blown globes. This enormous entry space offers a view through the home to the backyard in one continual gaze.
The villa is integrated with a park landscape through large glass curtains that allow spatial orientation and transparency, inviting the users to constant interaction with the nature. The landscape design provides a constant variety of visual attractiveness and sensational volatility through the seasons. Materials used in the external and interior design are traditional, natural, of predominantly warm brown tones, with minimal final treatment, ensuring a feeling of warmth and connection with the nature for the owner and all other users.
Landscaping was also a priority; 7 yellow wood trees were soften the verge and lush vegetation conceals retaining structures; on the level above a more formal lawn helps relocate the living areas on their elevated plinth.
Villa π is situated on a plot of approx. 4 ha, located on the southern edge of the village Čepin near Osijek. Within the plot, it is positioned at the turn of the natural woods and the new landscape design. On the south side of the villa is a newly formed lake whose water quality . There are two gates at the parcel, one for the owner, close daily visitors, delivery and service staff and the other one for external users of the pool and other multi-day guests.
