Growing up in the land of Southern Hospitality, I thought I would never in my life propose the idea of repurposing the dining room. Having an eat-in kitchen, I like many others can count on two hands the number of times we use the dining room each year. Why deem a room necessary when its only useful 10 days out of 365.
