The client had a number of different requirements by which the villa had to abide. These included items such as being able to enjoy both semi-private and private spaces, as well as employing the sea’s breeze without necessarily having direct access to the beaches.
The main aspect was based on the premise of enhancing the view to the square. As a result, a partially covered open floor plan was proposed, which would accommodate different types of events such as parties, concerts, restaurants, bars, yoga, among others. Using material such as wood, metal, and zinc for the roof, an architectural language was created in accordance with the spirit of Timberland, which draws on the outdoors experience.
Its privileged location allows us to see the Mediterranean Sea from its spacious and comfortable terraces.It has spectacular social areas in its exterior where we can spend time alongside family or in friendly gatherings, all while enjoying the beautiful sunsets.
